  • What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

  • What should I do if Airportliner service arrives at the airport with delays and I miss my flight?

  • Please refer to the article 12 and 13 of the terms and conditions.→Terms and conditions

  • Do I have to pay the fare even if my flight is cancelled due to weather conditions before my departure from home (or hotel)?

  • If your flight is cancelled before you leave your home (or hotel), you don't have to pay the cancellation penalty but we kindly ask you to contact the Airportliner service company to cancel your booking.
